According to the dictionary, Self-Mastery is the ability to control one's own desires or impulses. For most of my life, this was an incredible challenge. I can think back to many areas of my life and find accomplishment, regret, happiness, pity, shame, and many others. What bothers me about some of these moments I "lived" was the lack of awareness I had while I "created" those moments.
17 years ago while learning theater acting in a small theater in downtown Orlando we were taught to start with "What Your Character Wants". This question was used to be the motivation behind what your character...desires.
From there, I found Landmark and completed "The Forum" and "The Advanced Course" along with many other programs they provided. It wasn't until a split that I saw a pattern in my life and I KNEW I was the reason, I just couldn't see it. I brought in a self-mastery coach to help me see it and old me accountable. Over time, I changed and so did the world around me!
I provide an opportunity for you to learn how to truly create a well-deserved life and to bring awareness around your dysfunction in a no non-sense yet very creative, loving, and fun environment.
Back in 2016, I experienced a split that opened my eyes.
I discovered once again I was in a co-dependent, abusive relationship and I wanted to know how I got there. At the
peak of my pain I was 40 lbs over-weight, miserable to be
around, and a constant victim with every situation I was
dealing with. My whole life just blew up in front of me,
again, and I wanted to know why.
Most of my life has been dedicated to my career and
figuring out the creative process. For the past 2 decades,
I have been a working actor, writer, public speaker, audio producer, creative director, comedian, radio host, producer,
and entrepreneur. I have created audio-books, radio programming, local, regional and national commercial advertising, 5 unique brands, and revamped production departments for major media companies for the last 20 years.
Even though I had all of this wonderful experience and
success, I truly wasn’t happy and I only understood part of
the creative process. I ended up meeting an amazing coach (Marc) who was willing to take me on. While working with
Marc we discovered a large portion of my process was conditioned around my lack of worth, reactionary disposition,
the need to be right all the time, and most importantly,
a lack of awareness keeping me from seeing it. Most of my coaching is derived from Toltec wisdom (the 4 Agreements).
